What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a type of light, healing touch used to support and facilitate physical, emotional and mental health. CST is a noninvasive, light holding of the skull and sacrum, using gentle pressure on the head, neck and back to relieve stress and pain caused by compression.
CST has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory systems, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to stress, depression and anxiety, and has been used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease.
