CranioSacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a noninvasive, light holding of the skull and sacrum. CST uses gentle pressure on the head, neck and back to relieve stress and pain caused by compression.
CST has been shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory systems, and more. CST has also been shown to help with the physical components related to stress, depression and anxiety, and has been used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease.
Scarwork
uses a casual, light touch. The work is rarely painful - even for very new scars. The amount of change in one intervention can be extensive.
ScarWork often results in large whole body integration shifts and can aid in trauma resolution. Nerve-impaired numbness has been shown to resolve in some clients in as little as (1) session.
"I tore several ligaments on the right side of my body, resulting in considerable pain.
Because of [Tammy], my body is back in alignment, I no longer have difficulty walking, sitting, getting in and out of the car, and I sleep much better. Not to mention I am pain free!"
~ Diane C.

What is Light Touch Therapy?
Light Touch Therapy is a type of healing touch (HT) that uses light touch or close-to-the-body touch to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. The Therapeutic Touch Practitioner will use light touch and/or sweeping hand motions above the skin surface to assess and balance the body. This type of therapy encompasses such techniques as CranioSacral care and ScarWork, among others.
