Service Description

Rolfing enhances postural efficiency, positively affecting your freedom of movement. Potentially resolving discomfort, reducing compensations, and alleviating pain. Rolfing can enable the body to begin healing itself. After a thorough intake and postural analysis, this manipulative therapy is then customized to help promote lasting change by releasing, realigning and balancing your whole body. Session runs approximately 105 minutes allowing time for intake, diagnostics, treatment, evaluation, questions, payment and scheduling of next appointment.
